Winter Reading Program
Welcome to Blackwater Regional Library’s Winter Reading Program (WRP) “There’s Snow Better Time to Read!”
- Visit your local branch of BRL to register (registration begins the week of January 23, 2023)
- Spend the month of February reading to a young child age 0-6
- For each week spent reading, color a penguin on the sheet provided at registration
- Return completed coloring page to the library the week of March 6, 2023 to pick-up a WRP certificate and prize
