About Blackwater Regional Library

Blackwater Regional Library serves the counties of Isle of Wight, Southampton, Surry, and Sussex; as well as the independent City of Franklin. The library’s central office is at 22511 Main Street, Courtland, VA 23837, which also houses the Courtland branch.

BRL serves this service area of more than 1600 square miles via its nine brick and mortar locations, its digital library, and its Bookmobile/Outreach services. Blackwater Regional Library is governed by our Board of Trustees.
