Visit with Santa, shop the Santa Shop and get a special Goodie bag from the Elves, all from the comfort of your vehicle in this Holiday Drive Thru.  Located behind the Windsor Congregational Church at 4 N. Court St. and sponsored by The Friends of the Windsor Library, The Woman’s Club of Windsor and the Windsor Branch of the Blackwater Regional Library. Please follow the signs from the Library to line up for this special program. All participants are asked to remain in their vehicle throughout the event.
