Branch History
The Windsor Branch opened its doors to patrons in January 1995. The library was built by students at the Pruden Center in Suffolk, Virginia. The library has a very active Friends Group which was instrumental in bringing the library to the Town of Windsor. A wonderful children's room was added to the library in 1999 and a community room in 2007. The library sits in the heart of town and offers a welcoming environment for all. Announcements: 05/29/2012 - Story hour will end on May 29th for Summer.
