Help us kick-off summer reading at Blackwater Regional Library! Kick-off events will be happening throughout BRL June 24-30, 2023

  • Carrollton: Saturday, June 24, 2023 from 10am – 1pm
  • Claremont: Friday, June 30 @ 3pm
  • Courtland: Tuesday, June 27 @ 2pm
  • Franklin: Thursday, June 29 @ 2 and 6pm
  • Smithfield: Tuesday, June 27 @ 10:30am
  • Surry: Thursday, June 29 @ 3pm
  • Wakefield: Thursday, June 29 @ 10:30am
  • Waverly: Tuesday, June 27 @ 5:30pm
  • Windsor: Tuesday, June 27 @ 11am
